To maintain access to government social programs such as Bolsa Família, Minha Casa, Minha Vida, Electricity Social Tariff and Carteira do Idoso, you can update the Single Registry on the Internet and make sure your details match your current situation.
Renewal of data must be done at least once every two years, as the federal government reviews the data during this period and can suspend pending registrations, possibly leading to immediate termination of benefits.
How to update CadÚnico online
To keep your CadÚnico registration up-to-date, you must have your CPF and an identity document registered in the system, such as an identity document or birth certificate. If everything is in order, just follow the instructions below:
- Download the Cadastro Unico app (android | iOS);
- Click on the “Sign in with gov.br” button;
- Login to your Gov.br account using CPF and password;
- Tap “Cadastral update via confirmation”;
- Add new information or confirm current ones;
- Tap “Submit Recording”.
If you have problems connecting to the internet or are even completely without access to the network, you can go personally to a CRAS or to a CadÚnico assistance point. To find the location closest to your address, simply access the Mappe Strategice per le Politiche di Cittadinanza (MOPS) portal and search (aplicacoes.mds.gov.br).
