The Continental spin-off: John Wick has a new trailer; clock

John Wick fans, get ready! Prime Video has released the official trailer for the miniseries The Continental: From the World of John Wick. The new images show Cormac (Mel Gibson) in never-before-seen scenes.

“Welcome to the Hotel Continental, where the legend began… we wish you a pleasant stay!” comments the stream. Clock:

“The three-part event will explore the origins of the John Wick universe’s iconic assassin hotel through the eyes and actions of a young Winston Scott, as he is drawn into the inferno of 1970s New York to face a past he thought he had. left behind. Winston plots a deadly path through the hotel’s mysterious underworld in a harrowing attempt to take over the hotel where he will ultimately assume his future throne.

John Wick 4 has an alternate ending, says director

Chad Stahelski, director of the John Wick franchise, has revealed that the fourth film could have a different ending – which has even been recorded. Stahelski said that although he and actor Keanu Reeves, who plays the lead character, were satisfied with the result, an alternate version was also filmed, but failed the rehearsal sessions.

“We shot an ending where you actually see John Wick at the end of the movie. […] It was very clear that he was still alive. The audience we tested the film with liked the ambiguous ending much more,” said the director.
