Plane crashes while overflighting tea in Mexico; Watch a video


The pilot was saved alive, but could not withstand his wounds and died in hospital




A small plane crashed on Saturday the 2nd while attending a ‘revelation tea’ in Sinaloa, in the Mexico.

This was reported by the Mexican newspaper The Universal, the plane crashed into a plantation. The pilot was rescued alive, but succumbed to his injuries and died in hospital.

A video posted on social media shows the pilot hovering over the party and releasing a pink powder, indicating the baby’s gender. Then the wings detach from the plane which crashes a few meters ahead in an area of ​​plantations.

According to the El Sol de Sinaloa newspaper, the victim was identified as Luís Angel, 32 years old. Mexican authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the crash.

The aircraft used in the tea reveal is a Piper PA-25-235 Pawnee. The model is an agricultural aircraft which ceased production in 1981.
