It appears that Roku is testing new features and even some platform layout changes with Roku OS 12. The next update will add a “Continue Watching” option on the home screen, displaying various watched content between streams.

“Resume Watch,” a line included in “What to Watch,” was introduced in OS 11.5 as a quick and easy way for users to resume playback of recently watched movies and TV shows.
