Erin Carter on Netflix: Will There Be a Season 2?

In the last few days, the top Netflix series of the most watched series on the platform has been monopolized by the blockbuster – One Piece – and a very small production, the success of which no one could have imagined: Who is Erin Carter? After almost two weeks on the podium, it continues to give callers pause.

It must be said that even without revolution, Erin Carter is an effective thriller that plays the mystery card by distilling answers. A pretty effective recipe to convince subscribers to skip to the end of episode 7 and find out who this British teacher, played by Evin Ahmad, who knows how to kick ass really is.

In the final moments of Season 1, which I’ll explain here, Erin/Kate meets her former employer in Special Ops. When a young woman hoping for a peaceful vacation after her incredible adventure informs him that she doesn’t want to return to work for him, he realizes between the lines that he has no choice.

So the writers left the door open for a possible season 2 of Who Is Erin Carter? However, it is currently billed as a miniseries and has not been renewed by Netflix. If the intrigue surrounding Daniel Lang is over, there are still unanswered questions.

We know almost nothing about the heroine’s past, her youth, her true identity… and most importantly, the writers made a 5-year time jump between when Erin ran away with Harper (at the beginning of the first episode) and where she rebuilt her life with Geordie (Sean Teil ). So there is still something to say.

If there is an Erin Carter season 2, the action may no longer take place in Spain. Because if a young woman decides to return to special operations, she may be taken away from her daughter and husband on a mission. The worldwide viewing figures are very good, the announcement of the update should not be delayed any longer.
