Ludmilla opens shows on the Skyline stage at The Town festival this Thursday (9/7) with the promise of performing one of the biggest shows of her career. The singer invested a million dollars for the presentation, drawing inspiration from Beyoncé’s “Renaissance” tour.
The artist invested more than R$3 million in an unprecedented event and even requested structural changes to the festival stage to build a grand environment in the City of Music. It is worth mentioning that Maroon 5, The Chainsmokers and Joss Stone will also perform on the main stage.
Celebrity choreographer
Last month, Ludmilla revealed that she had hired choreographer Nicole Kirkland, known for her work with international artists, to direct the choreography of “The Town.”
“I brought Nicole Kirkland from Los Angeles to work on the choreography for my show The Town, and she’s been here in Brazil since our first day of rehearsals,” he said in Stories. “She IS amazing and she has worked with Kehlani, Saweetie, Prince, Chris Brown and a lot of badass artists. We did the choreography for ‘Symptoms of Pleasure’ yesterday so you’re not prepared.”

The event at the Autódromo de Interlagos in Sao Paulo can be seen from home, on Multishow and Canal Bis. Although these are pay TV channels, coverage of both can also be viewed for free on Globoplay, which will open the signal to non-subscribers during the event.
