According to information from Engadget, in addition to live match coverage, the sports supplement will also offer viewers access to all live pre- and post-match programming. They will also be able to watch video-on-demand content, including highlights from Bleacher Report (Warner’s sports site), sports documentaries and vodcasts featuring athletes.

It’s worth mentioning that Warner Bros. Discovery currently holds media rights to several major sports, including the National Basketball Association (NBA), Major League Baseball (MLB), National Hockey League (NHL), and others.

Unfortunately, for now, the option will only be offered to US subscribers. There is no information on the expansion of the service. ORcontacted HBO and we will update the article as soon as we hear back.
