As expected, as it was teased by manga and anime fans prior to its release, the live-action adaptation of One Piece has been getting a thumbs up (or almost) since it went live on Netflix at the end of August. With a 4.3 out of 5 viewer rating on AlloCiné and a solid start (18,500,000 EVC in the first week and number one in 84 countries, a record), the Straw Hat crew quickly won its promotion for Season 2.
While the series has stayed true to its sunny lineup and stayed true to the characters envisioned in Eiichiro Oda’s best-selling manga worldwide (Inaki Godoi, McKenney, Emily Rudd, Jacob Romero, and Taz Skylar—to name a few—he knew perfectly well. Bringing the characters of Luffy and East Blue to life), it also features Easter eggs and hidden details, a hint of the essential Pandaman, and possibly the next big bad of season two. But also, unfortunately, some errors and filming failures. .
As usual, Michelle and Michelle, the standout members of the Faux Raccord crew, dive into the eight-episode pictures. one piece to find the best bugs. Like this folding katana that made the rounds on social media, this misplaced heart in Zoro, or this ugly one-liner from Luffy. And for fun – and we hope you – two of our friends have added some dumplings found in episodes of the One Piece anime. Like double Zoro (again!) or Nami with six fingers.
You can watch the video above, and it’s heavy, very very heavy!
