Kelly’s deception is revealed

In the park, Lionel confides in Mehdi and Hortense. He blames himself terribly for not supporting Kelly in the first place for the French cooking competition, and is thrown into a delirium of competition. Hortense urges him not to give up by finding a way to prove his love to Kelly.

In turn, Kelly confides in Ambre and Salome about her breakup with Lionel. Tearfully, she admits that she was sad about losing her relationship with her ex, but was irresistibly drawn to Malik, whom she admits she didn’t know very well. His friends advise him to know what he really wants.

At the workshop, Lionel waits for Landiras to arrive to make the big announcement: with the approval of his teammates, Lionel has decided to withdraw from the competition. He believes that the best brigade is Kelly’s. That’s why he wants them to put him in his service and support him to go as far as possible. Kelly is embarrassed and touched. But Lionel does not stop there. He proudly declares in front of everyone that he loves her.

Later, Livio and David surprise Kelly passionately kissing Malik between two shelves in the commissary. They leave without noise. Kelly then asks Malik to slow down for fear of being seen speeding. As for Livio and David, who settled in the park, they can’t believe it. Livio especially feels sorry for Lionel. He believes that the latter should know what is going on between Kelly and Malik.

When Lionel comes to join him at the park a little later, David confesses to him what he saw with Livio at the commissary. Lionel immediately goes to Kelly to confront her about it. She admits that she slept with Malik the other day. Lionel explodes in anger, extremely disappointed in Kelly. He leaves her in tears and full of regret…

Salome and Gaitan kiss

With her roommate, Salome tries again to get Saskatoon berries, to no avail. Gaitan then comes to give her the box he bought for her. Very upset, Salome hugs him to thank him. Gaitan says that he fully believes in his project.

At Double A, after service, Salome takes Claire into the kitchen to taste the dessert she recreated to surprise a customer. After tasting it, Claire admits that it is better than her memory of the original. Anais also says that the customer who requested it got teary-eyed with nostalgia while eating. Therefore, Salome sees this as proof of the relevance of her concept. But Claire still isn’t convinced, especially since she had such a hard time finding the ingredients for the recipe. As for Anais, she agrees with the chef.

In the dressing room, Salome scolds her best friend for not supporting Guino. Anais simply explains that they don’t have the same vision for their profession. He believes that the purpose of gastronomy is to offer customers a vision and a specific identity, not to be at their service. An upset Salome leaves.

He joins Gaetani for a walk outside. Faced with Anais and Claire’s remarks, Salome begins to doubt her project. He thinks he doesn’t have enough personality to offer a real vision. Gaitan replies that his generosity and modesty are, on the contrary, the main characteristics of his personality, and that he should make them his strength. Relieved, Salome kisses him. She returns his kiss.

Penelope takes her lover to the institute

Billy and Vicky surprise Penelope on the phone with Baptiste. After hanging up, she explains that her boyfriend is finally coming to the institute. So he wants to introduce her to his world and prove to her that he was not wrong to be converted again.

As Baptiste arrives, Penelope gives him a tour of the place, ending up in the Double A kitchen where they meet Billy and Tom. Penelope takes care of the presentations. Baptiste tries to be interested in his partner’s comrades, although he is against the clash of generations.

Later, Billy and Tom find Penelope in the studio. The latter prepares to leave after preparing a picnic for him and his lover. But first he has to meet her for a drink. Once alone, Bill and Tom discuss the pairing Penelope makes with Baptiste. Tom goes on to bet that their relationship won’t last.

While they are drinking together, Baptiste gives Penelope the plans for a restaurant near their home so she can start her own business and they are no longer apart. A stunned Penelope explains that she fought to get into the institute and plans to make the most of her three years of study. He adds that he wants to train with great chefs and pursue gastronomy. Baptista, on the other hand, hoped to start a family. The couple realizes that they are not on the same wavelength.
