O Rotten Tomatoes, a website that gathers reviews and evaluates audiovisual works, organized another ranking to celebrate its 25th anniversary. Fans voted and elected the best filmmakers, out of a total of 64 directors who have gained industry notoriety since 1998.
Christopher Nolan dominated the poll, defeating Dennis Villenueve (Dune) in the final with 56 percent of the votes. According to the website, almost 30 thousand votes were counted in the final.
