In the dressing room, Lionel and Livio are super motivated for the Coupe de France de cuisine pre-selection. When Kelly arrives in the dressing room, Lionel wants to make sure she wasn’t too destabilized by their conversation the previous day and their breakup. Kelly says she’s on the campaign trail.

Five brigades at the workshop now compete to represent the southern region during the Coupe de France. Three chefs come to the Institute to decide between them, including Chef Gillard, a Michelin star from Lyon. The test involves drawing an ingredient for each brigade occasion, then creating a dish and appetizer around that ingredient in two hours while maintaining consistency between the two plates using common cooking techniques. During the draw, Kelly falls on a squid. it breaks down. In turn, Lionel meets the oyster.

The exam begins. Lionel also came up with the idea of ​​going to the Japanese base around the oysters and immediately set to work with Livio and Suleiman. Meanwhile, Kelly feels completely overwhelmed and can’t seem to get her thoughts together. Amber and Malik made suggestions, but he had a hard time making a decision, which put them behind the other brigades. Tensions rise between Kelly and Amber. Malik reminds them that they should not lose sight of the unity of their brigade due to pressure.

Finally, Kelly trusts her partners and goes for the Mushroom Pan, as well as the Cauliflower Mashed Dish. On the other hand, he does not know what to do to prepare the appetizer. Malik remembers the recipe of a Swiss chef who made black garlic vinegar. Kelly validates her idea, allowing them to catch up.

At the end of the competition, the chef’s jury decided: Kelly’s brigade was the winner thanks to the originality of its taste. Kelly jumps for joy next to Amber and Malik. Lionel also comes to congratulate his ex.

Kelly, Amber, and Malik go out drinking in the park to celebrate their victory. Chef Gillard joins them to congratulate Kelly once again. He then offers to replace the second-in-command for six months while the latter recovers from a car accident to open a new restaurant in Lyon. He has already received the approval of the institute’s teaching team and is ready to find a solution so that Kelly and his brigade can participate in the Coupe de France as planned. Despite a momentary hesitation, Kelly agrees to the proposal after seeing Lionel walk off in the distance…

Clotilde guides Enzo on his project

While she is about to direct Enzo’s master’s project, Clotilda fears that his boundless energy will be channeled. Especially since he’s not too enthusiastic about gourmet street food. On the contrary, Joachim thinks they make a good pair and working alongside Enzo will allow him to step out of his comfort zone.

So Clotilda joins Enzo in the studio. The latter presents him with an Italian burger. After tasting it, Clotilde finds it too oily and not balanced enough in terms of taste. He also adds that the overall proposal lacks courage. He expects Enzo to deliver something truly gourmet. Enzo replies that he doesn’t know anything about burgers. Clotilde is ready to prove him wrong.

Later, Enzo replicates Chef Armand’s burger in front of Vicky, Hortense, and Mehdi for them to taste. Everyone agrees it’s great. Enzo then decides to take a photo of the burger, then post it on social media. The inscription indicates that it is the creation of Chef Armani. If Enzo is sure that Clotilda will like it, Hortense is more doubtful.

Salome receives an unexpected proposal
