The Double A service turns into a fiasco

At the institute, Lisandro is worried. He thought that with Teissier’s back against the wall, the latter would not be able to refuse. Now he can’t go to Canada because he knows the manager will ruin his reputation with all the restaurateurs there. But Hippolytus is not going to leave Lisandro in this situation.

He goes to Tacey’s office. Not at all offended by the headmaster’s thoughts about his age, Hippolyte manages to convince him to let him tend to the students’ rooms. Tessier will then have the choice to keep her or part with her.

At Double A, David confirms to Leonard and Ethan his desire to impress Deva as the new maitre d’. Hippolyte hears their conversation.

A little later, Lysandro formally introduces each student to Hippolytus so that he can choose his butler during the service. Naturally, Lysandro offers to choose Deva. But Hippolytus replies that he has always been used to working with a man in this position and that he does not intend to change his habits. Despite the protests of Bill, who criticizes him for his virginity, Hippolyte chooses David as his butler.

If David is impressed, Billy and Letitia try to make him realize how unjust and above all misogynistic Hippolyte has been. Even Deva admits that she feels very humiliated, while David hoped that she would be happy for him.

Nothing happens during work. Several customers leave the restaurant instead of continuing to wait for their food. There is no fluidity between the kitchen and the dining room, as the dishes arrive staggered. David is completely amazed. Lysandro and Hippolyte try to find out where the problem comes from. David explains that the software is no longer working properly. At the same time, Teissier arrives.

Although Teissier blames Lysandro, Hippolyte assures the director that he will be able to fix it, especially since he understands the origin of the problem. Someone intentionally hacked the software to move orders up two ranks. He’s going to find out who he is.

At the end of the service, Hippolytus gathers the students in the presence of Lysander and Teisius. He states that the service will be on notice and that he expects the person responsible for software piracy to incriminate himself. As he begins handing out zeros to all the students, David ends his condemnation…

Hortense gains the confidence of the first years

In the park, Hortense thinks about more traditional ideas for her lessons in the first years. On the contrary, Listrak’s chef encourages him to stay true to himself and trust himself. He speaks with knowledge of the facts as he has confused more than one person with veganism at first. Today, the entire institute respects him.

During her lesson, Hortense demonstrates to the students by preparing a wok. Then he will offer the students to take. Jimmy volunteers, but quickly realizes that he can’t handle the pan with one hand and prepare the ingredients with the other. Hortense explains that the purpose of her ping pong training was to help them get used to doing two different things at once.

Carla pays dearly for her teasing

At Gino’s class, Carla and Berenia are panicked and completely behind. Their plate is truly unmatched. But the chef agrees to give them a second chance. He suggests that they do the same exercise again at 2pm in the studio. Karla and Berenice will receive thanks. But Berenia reminds her friend that she must be on diving duty at that hour.

Carla finds Suleiman in the cafeteria to ask him to replace her in the dishwasher. The young man believes that he has no right to use it as he wishes.
