To access a BIN file on your PC, you can download the traditional DAEMON Tools application, which allows you to mount up to four virtual drives and read the major image document formats available for download. Perform the following operations:
- Download and install Daemon Tools (daemon-tools.cc);
- Open your PC’s File Explorer;
- Select the folder where the BIN file is located;
- Right-click on the file;
- Select “Open with and “DAEMON Tools”;
- Open File Explorer again;
- Select the mounted drive from the application.
When you want to unmount the image, simply right-click the active virtual drive and select the “Eject” or equivalent option. DAEMON Tools also allows you to burn BIN file to a disc, edit data and more.
At the phone
You can also view the contents of a BIN file on your mobile phone using an application that bears the same name as the extension. The solution is also able to present the binary code that makes up the document. Watch:
- Download the BIN app (Android);
- Select the “METHOD 1” option;
- Tap “Open”;
- Select the desired file to open it.
Android offers greater versatility when it comes to granting access to files of the most diverse formats. You can open or create ZIP files and perform the same task using a browser.
