In a partnership, Mattel and Warner Bros. announced a new line of Barbie dolls, inspired by Ted Lasso, one of Apple TV+’s most popular comedy series. Three characters are now available for purchase in the United States, including the version of Jason Sudeikis, co-creator and star of the production.

Ted Lasso is Apple TV’s best-known production and has won numerous awards, including the Emmy for Best Comedy Series and Best Lead Actor in a Comedy (Jason Sudeikis).
Developed by Bill Lawrence, Jason Sudeikis, Joe Kelly and Brendan Hunt, Ted Lasso follows the story of Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis), an American football manager who ventures to the UK as a football manager to revive a local team, the fictional AFC Richmond, and take the club to the top of the Premier League.
Recently, Sudeikis, co-creator of the series, confirmed the end of production with the third season, but left open possibilities for spin-offs in an interview on the Fly on the Wall podcast.
The three seasons of Ted Lasso are still available on Apple streaming.
