In a new 4-episode series from Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders, Rogue Heroes) and Sean Levy (Free Guy, Stranger Things), All the Light We Cannot See tells the story of the intertwined fates of two heroes whose lives are turned upside down by World War II. Existence: Marie-Laure LeBlanc, a young blind French woman sheltering her uncle, and Werner Pfennig, a German teenager who is a real genius at radio broadcasting.
Through a shared secret bond, they regain faith in humanity and see a glimmer of hope. The cast of this adaptation of Anthony Doerr’s Pulitzer Prize-winning bestseller includes Mark Ruffalo, Hugh Laurie, Lars Eidinger, Louis Hoffman (Dark) and young actress Aria Mia Laubert.
November 16: The Crown Season 6, Part 1
Peter Morgan’s acclaimed series covering the life of Queen Elizabeth II from her childhood to her reign is back for its sixth and final season, split into two parts. The latest burst of episodes of The Crown returns to the continuation of the love story between Princess Diana and Dodi Al Fayed and its brutal end in the tragic car accident that claimed their lives.
For his part, Prince William is trying to rebuild his life at Eton after his mother’s death, while the monarchy faces the wrath of public opinion. As she prepares to celebrate her golden jubilee, the Queen reflects on the future of the monarchy in the face of Charles and Camilla’s upcoming wedding and William and Kate’s royal romance.
