Un Si Grand Soleil Preview: Episode Summary for Friday, November 10, 2023 [SPOILERS]

Warning, the following paragraphs contain spoilers for the episode of Un Si Grand Soleil that airs Monday night on France 2! If you don’t want to understand anything, don’t read the following!

Friday, November 10, 2023 Un si grand soleil…

Janet wants to save her marriage

Refusing to sacrifice her marriage, Janet suggests that Becker go on a romantic weekend in Rome that evening. Clement gladly accepts. Janet then calls Silvio to tell him that she has decided to do whatever it takes to save the marriage. Although very sad, Silvio understands her decision.

But even though she knows their story is doomed, she can’t give up and bursts into tears. He admits to Janet that he thinks about her all the time. Janet replies that she is too. Silvio apologizes for loving her, but Janet explains that it won’t change her mind. Then it turns off quickly.

A new roommate will appear

Ellis has nothing from Fanny yet. Bilal tries to calm him down and cheer him up. The latter then tells him that his apartment search is starting from scratch, which is likely to take a little longer than expected. Alice reassures him, he can stay at her place as long as he wants.

Not far away, in high school, Fan confides in Eve. He loves Alice, but the latter is not ready to have another child, she already has Charlie. Eva advises her friend to give Ellis time. But the fan is lost and doesn’t know what to do.

Bilal, on the other hand, calls Ludo to tell him that the fan is gone. He then suggests that she arrange a dinner as a roommate to support Elise and help her get through this bad time.

A little later, Bilal tells Ulises that he is going to stay with Elise. Ulises smiles. Bilal found out why the artist did not want to live with him, but still blames him for not telling him earlier. Ulysses apologizes once again for burying his head in the sand. They end up kissing.

In the evening, Ludo, Ulises, Bilal and Elise are gathered for dinner. Ludo complains that his back hurts and curses his new girlfriend’s bed. Then his friends ask him about this mysterious woman they have never seen. Ludo makes them believe that he prefers to wait to make sure before introducing them.

On the other hand, in Savages, Eva and Moe try to entertain the fan. Moe gets a call from Alex inviting her to dinner. She decides to go with him and apologizes to her friends. The fan in turn decides to leave.

He immediately calls Elise to tell her he misses her. Elisha begs for Fan’s return, but the latter still needs time to make amends. He regrets calling her, apologizes for bothering her, and then hangs up.

Cecil on the florist trail?

At breakfast, Cecile tells Christophe that Obert must have fled to Germany. They actually found pictures that suggest he went there. Kristoff is surprised because Cecil didn’t tell him that the culprit had connections there.

Judge Alfandi then emphasizes that he is not necessarily telling her everything. The latter does not understand why Christophe is so interested in this story. He realizes that he is being rude and quickly walks away.

Arriving at the veterinary clinic, Christoph enters a trance state and starts talking to himself. She breaks down in tears and worries that Cecil doesn’t understand. He doesn’t want to lose her, she is everything to him. Just then Charles arrives. He offers to help Kristoff, but the latter prefers not to talk about it and changes the subject.

At the police station, Ellis uses the video surveillance of all the places where Obert parked his car. Then he noticed the presence of a man in front of his house. Probably a florist. He understands that the man has escaped their surveillance.

He may have carefully gotten into Obert’s car and forced him to drive to an isolated location where police found his car. Unfortunately, the man has his back turned and was wearing a hat. Ellis hopes they can still get people talking about the video.

Clement Becker sends an email to Cecil with the CCTV image. Judge Alphand is troubled by the photo because he recognizes the logo on the suspect’s cap. He had indeed seen the same hat on Kristoff’s head a few days earlier.

A discovery that will clearly alarm Cecil. He then asks the commissioner how he intends to use these images, which he finds a bit thin. Clement replies that they will send them to the lab. He hopes he can get something out of it. Cecil asks to be informed of the progress of the investigation before hanging up.

Back home, Cecil searches the entire house. She panics when Kristoff finds nothing in the items. He then finds his partner and son by the swimming pool. He notes that the sun is strong and advises Kristoff to wear a hat to avoid sunstroke.

He doesn’t know where it is, but he thinks he left it in the office. The surprised judge could not understand why he needed a hat for work. Kristoff turns his back. Achilles intervenes and asks them not to argue over a simple hat.
