After disturbing messages from Matt LeBlanc and Courteney Cox, it’s Jennifer Aniston’s turn to also pay tribute to Matthew Perry. Friends actress Rachel Green took to Instagram to share her grief over the death of her friend and teammate on October 28 at the age of just 54.
“Saying goodbye to Matt created a wave of crazy emotion that I’ve never felt before. We’ve all experienced loss in our lives. (…) We loved him deeply. He was part of our DNA. It was always the six of us. It was a family that We made a choice that forever changed who we were and what our path would be.”

Mattie knew he loved to make people laugh. As he said, if he didn’t hear the laughter he was hoping for, he might die. His life depended on it. (…) He made us all laugh, and very hard. For the past two weeks, I’ve gone through our text messages. Laugh and cry and laugh again. I always keep them.

In her post, Jennifer Aniston also offers to film her exchange of text messages with Matthew Perry. The latter sent her a photo of them laughing, accompanied by the message: “Laughing made my day. To which The Morning Show star replied: “Once in a thousand.”
