Three videos circulated on social media, showing the animal tied up and dragged by a moving vehicle. Exact dates were not provided.

Delegate Gustavo do Amaral confirmed that the Civil Police is investigating the case and, depending on the outcome of the investigation, the incident could be considered a crime of mistreatment and the person responsible will face appropriate legal punishments. Police have already identified possible suspects in connection with the incident.
