Marvel has released a bonus video on the production of WandaVision who, to the delight of the anxious, revealed images of Agatha: Darkhold Diaries, spin-off series focusing on Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn).
Agate received recently, in addition to the title change, as it previously had the subtitle House of Harkness and Chaos Covena short synopsis that revealed the MCU timeline in which production will take place: exactly after the last episode of WandaVision. See more details here!
The series is one of the most anticipated by Marvel fans, as Hahn’s character has been very successful alongside Elizabeth Olsen (Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch).
Jac Schaeffer, showrunner of the series, will direct the first chapter. In addition to Hahn, the episode will feature spin-off stars Aubrey Plaza, Joe Locke, Patti LuPone, Sasheer Zamata and Ali Ahn.
For those who don’t remember, Agatha turned out to be the villain of WandaVision and ended the series by being trapped by a spell cast by Wanda Maximoff, Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen). The derivative is expected to begin with the witch breaking free from prison and embarking on a new journey to regain her powers.
