From next May, Stranger Things (finally) will return to Netflix for a fourth season, which will be more focused on horror, as recently announced by the series’ creators Brothers Daphne.
The wait is almost over! Three years after the last episodes of Stranger Things aired, the show will return on May 27, 2022, for the fourth season, which is split in two. And the atmosphere of these new episodes should be slightly different than the previous ones.

This is their story. Adults are more fond of jaws and close encounters, while adults are more in a world close to the clutches of night or Halloween.“
Then, the co-creator of the series recalled that his characters grew, which allowed the writers to explore other sources of inspiration:
But this year they are no longer children. We can no longer have guns. So all of a sudden, we go a lot further towards the horror movies we love. This change was fun.
It’s enough to make a horror of a horror genre fan! The series will also continue for 6 months after the events of the third season, as the characters are scattered in different places around the world, from Russia to California and, of course, to Hawkins.
Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), Mike (Finn Wolfhardt) and their friends will have to work together once again to defeat a supernatural force that is more evil than them and to end upside down once and for all.
The second part of Season 4, which we imagine to be just as dark, will be released on Netflix on July 1, and the fifth and final season has already been ordered. So we will have to slowly but surely prepare to say goodbye to a small group!
