In this action-packed and self-mocking feature film that hit theaters in 2007, the American actor plays Johnny Blaze, a stuntman who sells his soul to the devil to save his father in an accident.

Before being a feature film, Ghost Rider was a comic book character whose adventures were published by Editions Marvel Comics. Created by Gary Friedrich and Mike Plunge in 1972, he first appeared before the general public in the pages of the American magazine Marvel Spotlight.

“I always loved the rider character”Nicolas Cage declares. “I even have his flaming skull tattooed on my arm. He’s an amazing creature, very different from the usual superheroes.

As a child, I was very impressed by the monsters of the Marvel comics universe, especially the Hulk and the Horseman, because I did not understand how such terrible creatures could do good.”

The Ghost Rider character is visually impressive with his flaming skull, his sinister silhouette and the motorcycle he rides. But perhaps the most impressive thing is that it took three hours of daily preparation to create her haircut!

Finally, it should be noted that Nicolas Cage, who participated in the development of the script of Ghost Rider, especially by making changes during filming, plays opposite the giant of the seventh art in the person of Peter Fonda. The latter, known for his performance in Easy Rider, plays the villainous Mephisto on screen.
