Dry air predominates over the northeastern region, making it difficult for large clouds and rain to form across much of the region.

Southern region
A new cold front advances over Rio Grande do Sul and spreads heavy clouds over the state. But these clouds also grow in the southern region due to the heat and high humidity of the air.
The sun appears strong in Paraná and Santa Catarina. Cloud cover increases throughout the day and rain showers with lightning occur in the afternoon and evening.
The southwest and south of Rio Grande do Sul are very rainy and there is a risk of thunderstorms on the border with Uruguay.
In other areas of Rio Grande do Sul there are rain showers, lightning and sunny periods and there is a risk of heavy rain.
South-eastern region
A cold front moves away from Espírito Santo and warm, moist air predominates in the southeast region.
In the center, south and east of Sao Paulo and on the coast of Rio de Janeiro the day is with strong sun, heat and some clouds, but without rain.
In other areas of Rio de Janeiro, in Minas Gerais and in the center, west and north of the state of São Paulo and in Espírito Santo, the sun is strong all day and, due to the heat, clouds form which cause thunderstorms rain with lightning in the afternoon and at night.
The risk of heavy rain is greatest in the state of Minas Gerais.
Midwest Region
The humid and warm air predominates over the Central-West and facilitates the formation of large clouds over the Region.
The entire Midwest has strong sunshine and high temperatures, but within normal limits for this time of year. Due to the heat, some clouds form which cause showers and lightning in the afternoon and evening.
It could rain a lot in Goiás, in the south and east of Mato Grosso do Sul.
North-East Region
Dry air predominates over the northeast and makes large clouds and rain difficult to form across much of the region.
The sun appears strong in the northeast.
On the coastal strip between the coast of Rio Grande do Norte and Alagoas and on the southern coast of Bahia the sun appears strong and there is the possibility of temporary rain.
In the west and south-west of Bahia, in Maranhão and in the centre, north and west of Piauí, the day is sunny, warm and showers with lightning in the afternoon and evening
There is a possibility of moderate to heavy rain in the southwest of Maranhão.
Northern Region
Warm, moist air predominates over the northern region and heavy clouds grow in all states.
Only the north of Roraima, including Boa Vista, has a sunny day without rain.
In the north and east of the Amazon and in central-western Pará the day features sunny periods, many clouds and frequent rain showers, which can be moderate to heavy.
In other areas of the Northern Region of Brazil the sun appears strong and rain showers with lightning occur, especially in the afternoon and at night.
There is a risk of heavy rain in the western areas of Acre, Amazonas, Pará and Tocantins and in northern Rondônia.

Be careful with very dry airwith air humidity rates between 21% and 30% in the central-north and north-west of Bahia, in the east of Piauí and in the hinterland of the North-East.
