The board of directors of Cirella (CYRE3) has approved the payment of interim dividends in a total amount of R$ 125 million, as announced on Wednesday (6).
You Cyrela Dividends correspond to the value of R$ 0.3334039 per ordinary share, with the exception of securities held in treasury. The distribution will take place on December 18, 2023.
Only investors registered as Cyrela shareholders will receive dividends from the company until the end of the cut-off date, which will be December 11, 2023.
To the Cyrela shares they will be listed “ex dividend” starting from 12 December 2023, when the purchased shares will no longer be entitled to receive profits.

There is no monetary adjustment or interest on the value, taking into account the date of declaration of the dividends and their actual payment. Additionally, stock dividends are exempt from income tax.
Each investor eligible to receive will receive the credited amount based on the number of ordinary shares held by him up to the cut-off date, according to the bank address provided to BTG Pactual, which is the institution responsible for registering the amount CYRE3 shares.
In the case of shareholders who have not registered their CPF/CNPJ number or indicated their bank, branch and current account, dividends will be paid only after their registration has been updated, according to the deadlines determined by BTG Pactual.
On the other hand, investors with Cyrela shares deposited with institutions providing securities custody services will have dividends paid in accordance with the procedures used by the depository institutions.
The actions of Cirella, traded with the ticker CYRE3, closed today’s session (6) down by 1.48%, trading at R$ 21.96. Nonetheless, the stock has accumulated gains of 0.55% so far in December, even after closing the month of November with a strong gain of 21.40%.
