Marcelo Teixeira met with representatives of the construction company to move forward with the deal




Last Wednesday (13th), President-elect Marcelo Teixeira held a meeting with WTorre to discuss the construction of Vila Belmiro.

The meeting took place in the city of Sao Paulo, with the aim of both parties to carry forward the project approved by the partners last year. There is a memorandum of understanding “MoU” signed to start the work.

The next step is for the contractor to acquire the financial capital to begin the work. Since the chair business has not yet been sold, the project’s progress has stopped.

The new Vila Belmiro will have a capacity of 30,108 people and will be divided into four sectors: Grandstand, Premium Deck, Box and Upper Grandstand.

The new Vila Belmiro will be built on an area of ​​71,690.46 m² and will have 27 internal and 36 external shops and parking for 576 vehicles.

WTorre is also a partner of Palmeiras and has the rights to organize events and shows at Allianz Parque, Palestine’s stadium. As well as having business in other countries.
