Investing in his career as an actor, Shamanwill play a drug dealer in his next film, Five Types of Fear, which had its first image released. The film, which does not yet have a release date, connects the stories of five people in the city of Cuiabá.
In the story, the young musician Murilo (João Vitor Silva, Secret Truths) falls in love with the nurse Marlene (Bella Campos, Go in Faith), girlfriend of Thrush (Shaman), drug dealer from a neighborhood on the outskirts of the city. Barbara Colen (The Girl Who Killed Her Parents: The Confession) as the policewoman Luciana and RWow Ricardo Diaz (Unclean) as the lawyer Ivan complete the cast.
According to the film’s director, Bruno Bini, Five Types of Fear show “characters in search of redemption, who only find it when they allow themselves to share their lives with other people”. Furthermore, the filmmaker also said that “thought with great affection and care” in choosing the cast “to give the film a Brazilian feel”.
In addition to work in Five Types of Fear, Shaman will also be in the second season of Justiceseries of Manuela Dias (Mother’s love); in the soap opera Rebornin Bruno Luperi (Pantanal); and in the film Park Maniac, from Amazon Prime Video.
