Directed and written by Emerald Fennell, Saltburn doesn’t really fit into the Christmas spirit. However, since its release in the United States and France on Prime Video, this thriller continues to have internet users talking. The story follows Oliver (Barry Keoghan), a shy student at Oxford University, who falls under the spell of the richest and most popular student, Felix (Jacob Ellord). When the latter invites him to spend the summer at the family home in Saltburn, things go wrong.
In the two hours of the film, the director combines several eye-catching scenarios that leave no one indifferent. Among them, there is a particularly delusional ending in which Barry Keoghan lets loose – and that goes without saying.
