Paulo Gustavo will have a film with unpublished images released by amazonPrime Video. The feature began to be edited before the artist’s death, in May 2021. The information was confirmed by Patrícia Kogut, columnist for the newspaper The globe.
Entitled Motherfucker, the production will bring together images of the comedian on tour and with his family. There will also be testimonials from professionals, close friends of the mother, Dea Luciaand the widower, Thales Bretas.
Other names are yet to sign a contract with the Prime Video, so that your images are released for viewing. So far, the release date of Motherfuckerwas not revealed.
Paulo Gustavo became one of the greatest comedians in Brazil, being internationally recognized for the character Dona Hermínia in My mother is a piece (2013). He died, aged 42, on May 4, 2021, from complications from Covid-19.
In April of this year, he was honored in the São Clemente parade, representative of the South Zone at the Rio de Janeiro Carnival. The samba school took the plot My mother is a piece to the sambadrome of the Marquês de Sapucaí.
