The students rebel against Antoine

When he wakes up, Suleiman is lecturing his father about his behavior as not being environmentally responsible enough. He particularly points to a chimney fire that emits lots of fine particles, almost like an old car’s exhaust pipe. Antoine promises his son that he will be more careful.

Returning to his office, the deputy director of the institute, Auguste Armand, received Vic. A young woman presents her decision to reduce the carbon footprint of a pastry day organized by Chef Teissier. is it Bring European leaders by train, not plane. Alarmed, Antoine refuses this proposal and tells Vic that he will not reconsider the decision to increase the heating. Therefore, it is a failure for a young woman.

A few minutes later, Antoine discovers that Laetitia has hidden the auxiliary heater at his feet. Antoine is disappointed that even the assistant does not support the environmental fight. Finally, under pressure from the students, Antoine agrees to increase the heating to 19 degrees, but on the condition of reducing the flow of water in the showers.

Carla takes a step towards Rose

Rose is determined to spend more time with Carla, despite their many differences. Deva is injured

At the Auguste Armand Institute, this is the start of the “Extreme Cuisine” module. Jimmy, Jasmine, Deva, David, Lionel and Penelope meet in the middle of a field. Mark and Clotilde give them a challenge: prepare a salad of seasonal vegetables in a herd of oxen. Stress is on the rise among young apprentices.

While preparing, Lionel drops an orange near the bulls. Despite his dismay, he managed to get her back without being attacked. On the other hand, Deva lags behind other students.
