Nothing stops Quentin Dupierre! While he is expected to release with Daaaaali! on February 7, the director has already started shooting for his next film titled A notre beau métier.
This will be the 12th full-length film from the director, who has been making a series of films for several months. Cough (November 30, 2022), Yannick (August 2, 2023) and therefore Yes! (Released on February 7, 2024, or 5 movies in less than 3 years!
For the shooting of his new film, Quentin Dupierre calls some actors he has never seen in his world: Vincent Lyndon, Léa Seydoux and Louis Garrel.

A creator whose humor hides an increasingly social depth through imperfect and clumsy characters. I read his script in one go, which almost never happens to me. He writes as he breathes. Everything happens so quickly, it’s amazing: Quentin offered me the film two months ago, the shooting was finished immediately, and we only shot for two weeks! This type of project is interesting. Quentin has a form of vitality and a sense of the absurd that I really like.“
A Our Beautiful Trade doesn’t have a release date yet, but it could be out as early as this year. Meanwhile, daaaaaal! It will be released in one month, on February 7, 2024. The story of a French journalist (Anais Demostier), who meets Salvador Dali several times on a documentary project.
