Edifier’s new portable speaker with RGB lights and magnetic bicycle mount announced at a very low price
A Builder has just updated its audio lineup with the Hecate G100, its new portable speaker. The product stands out for having a very compact and lightweight construction, which can be taken anywhere.

OR G100 It also has RGB lights in its structure, which can change color and pulsate depending on the rhythm of the music. In total it weighs just 62.5 grams, less than half the weight of a JBL GO 3, for example.
Another differentiator of the Edifier product is the magnetic connector, which allows you to easily transport the speaker on bicycles or even place it on refrigerator doors or other similar surfaces.
Its communication system uses a 40mm driver, with a frequency response between 200Hz and 15kHz and a maximum power of 3W. In practice, this means that the G100 will be able to provide satisfactory performance. in smaller indoor settings and meetings with a few people, but not much else.
According to information provided by Edifier, the G100 has a 500 mAh battery that guarantees autonomy of up to six hours. It can also receive direct power, ensuring all-day use when plugged into the outlet.
Its connectivity is via Bluetooth 5.3, with support for A2DP and AVRCP protocols. In practice this means that the connection must be stable and with minimal latency.
Price and availability
The Hecate G100 has been announced on the Chinese market, with an official price of 99 yuan (about R$69 in direct conversion). No information on sales in other countries was disclosed.
