Dudu Nobre will participate in the ‘A Division’ series

The singer will play himself in the Globoplay production

Singer Dudu Nobre will participate as himself in the third season of “A Division”, a series on the Globoplay platform. He will appear on the label of the character played by Marcelo Adnet.

Despite the participation of the sambist and the comedian, the plot is quite dramatic: Adnet will play a businessman in the music industry who is kidnapped.

The acclaimed detective series portrays Rio’s anti-kidnapping division in the 1990s and stars Silvio Guindane (“3%”) and Erom Cordeiro (“1 Against All”). Also shown as a film, “A Division” was created and produced by José Júnior, one of the founders of the NGO AfroReggae, and has episodes directed by director Vicente Amorim (“Motorrad”), who is responsible for the film version of the project.

Starting next season, the attraction will also see the participation of director Heitor Dhalia (“Serra Pelada”).

There is still no preview date for the new chapters, which started shooting in May.
