The director of the John Wick saga (since second part) and former stuntman Chad Stahelski to helm a Star Wars film? We want to see!
In a recent interview with the “Happy Sad Confused” podcast, the latter did mention a favorite sci-fi franchise that he would like to be a part of one day.
- One of the best sci-fi series is coming back… to the movies!
From the beginning, the fan said:I’m a Star Wars guy, the first Star Wars changed my life. Maybe one day. Disney, if you’re listening, contact me in a few years, I’ve got a Star Wars idea or two.“
He added: “I’ll try. I dare you… see if Disney survives.“This could be interesting…

Regarding the present, the director also mentioned the project that he is currently preparing, namely another series of John Wick after The Continental.
“We’re currently trying to develop a John Wick TV series and Lionsgate has been very cool with their support. We just started getting into it when the strikes happened… I hope in this series we can bring back some of the people we love.“
And John Wick 5?
Although John Wick: Chapter 4 ended ambiguously with doubts as to whether John Wick will die (or not), the question of whether or not there will be a sequel has been on everyone’s mind ever since. As for this ending, Chad Stahelski said that he and Keanu Reeves had in mind the death of the main character from the beginning.
“Keanu and I tried to kill John Wick after the second movie. We just thought this guy had no way out. If we really stay rigid and we really stay with our destiny and our results, our whole mantra here, you can’t – there’s not going to be a happy ending.“
While you wait to find out more, John Wick: Chapter 4 can still be seen streaming on MyCanal. The series The Continental, on the other hand, is available on Prime Video.
