All of Us Strangers, a gay romance with Paul Mescal, has its premiere postponed

Written and directed by Andrew Haigh (Looking), the film stars Andrew Scott, known as the priest in the Fleabag series.

Searchlight Pictures announced, this Friday (9), that the gay romance All of Us Strangers(All of Us Strangersin the original), starring Andrew Scott (Fleabag) It is Paul Mescal (Aftersun), will arrive a little later than expected in Brazilian cinemas.

Based on the book Strangers (Strangersin free translation), by the Japanese writer Taichi Yamada, All of Us Strangers tells the story of Adam (Scott), a 40-something screenwriter who lives alone in a nearly deserted skyscraper on the outskirts of London. One night, he is approached by one of his few neighbors, Harry (Mezcal), who invites him to spend the night together, after noticing him watching him on a few occasions.

Insecure about issues in your own life, Adam he rejects the boy’s initial advances, but the drunken flirtation makes him decide to revisit the past. He returns to the house he lived in as a child and meets his parents, with whom he has deep conversations, which have been pending since their death in a tragic car accident.
