Chris Rock will get another slap, says director about Druk remake

After the announcement that Chris Rock will direct a North American version of Druk: One More Round, winner of the Oscar for Best International Film in 2021, the director of the film, Thomas Vinterbergstated that, if the film is bad, the actor and director “will take another slap”.

“The choice for Chris Rock It’s exciting. It’s exciting to see what he comes up with. In addition to Chris Rock director, the North American remake of the film will feature a script by Stuart Blumbergin Neighbor Show (2004) and My Mothers and My Father (2010), and produced by Leonardo DiCaprio, from Flower Moon Assassins (2023).
