A new spin-off of the famous series Clothes is under development and already has its main face. Actor Stephen Amell, known for his role as Oliver Queen/Green Arrow in Arrow, has been chosen to take on the title role in Dresses: LA
Amell will play Ted Black, a former New York federal prosecutor who completely transformed his career when he decided to defend Los Angeles’ elite. The reason for this change is a mystery, but will be revealed little by little over the course of the season.
As his office faces serious challenges and Ted finds himself forced to make decisions he doesn’t want to survive, the series will also showcase a group of lawyers loyal to the protagonist, so loyal that they helplessly mix their personal and professional lives.
For now, Amell is the only name revealed from the cast of Dresses: LA. Speculations suggest that the new female protagonist will have traits of the character Rachel Zane, played by Megan Markle in the original series.
