Zendaya swaps tennis for a love triangle in new Rivals trailer

Directed by Luca Guadagnino, from Call Me By Your Name, this new feature hits Brazilian cinemas on April 25th

Warner Bros. Pictures released, this Wednesday (21), a new trailer for Rivalsnew film by Luca Guadagninodirector of Call Me By Your Name (2017). In history, Zendaya plays the talented tennis player Tashi Duncanwho ends up getting injured during a match, ending her career in the sport, and ends up becoming her own husband’s coach, art (Mike Faist, Love sublime love).

The couple’s situation becomes complicated when Patrick (Josh O’Connor, The Kingdom of God), Art’s former best friend and Tashi’s ex-boyfriend, ends up returning to their lives and the three become involved in a love triangle. Watch the trailer:

Guadagnino drives Rivalswhich is scheduled to premiere on April 25th in Brazilian cinemas, based on the script by Justin Kuritzkeswho also worked with the filmmaker on his new film, Queergay drama based on the novel of the same name by William S. Burroughs and starring names like Daniel Craig (007 – No Time To Die), Jason Schwartzman (Asteroid City) and the Brazilian Henry Zaga (After the Universe).
