According to Deadline, Ridley Scott is in talks to take on the project around the trio and will handle production. The film will be distributed by Paramount.
As Deadline points out, Ridley Scott has longstanding relationships with the Bee Gees, Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb. In the past, he tried to do a project with singers in a medieval movie called Castle Accident! Ridley Scott ended up directing The Duelists instead.

Once upon a time, Kenneth Branagh was considered to be its director. The names of Hustlers director Lorene Scafaria and New York Melody director John Carney have also been floated.
