Get ready for an epic movie screening! Demon Slayer, one of the most popular anime of the moment, is coming to theaters to start its 4th season! On February 24th and 25th, fans will be able to experience the first episode of the On the Road to Pillar Training arc on the big screen.

The event will for the first time offer an update with the 11th episode of the previous season, at the blacksmith village and the end of the epic battle between Tanjiro and the Fourth Upper Moon Hantengu. Fans of the saga will also enjoy seeing Nezuko’s loud heroics triumphant in the sun.

Columns come on stage!

It will be followed by the first episode The Training of the Pillars, which was first revealed in France. It shows the beginnings of special training under the auspices of the Pillars in preparation for the final battle with Muzan of Kibutsuji.

“This new program will allow us to revisit the charming end of the Blacksmith Village arc and preview the most anticipated next arc, The Pillars. Please note that a special session will take place in Paris on Sunday 24. February at UGC Normandie in the presence of several Japanese guests, including Natsuki Hanae, the voice of the hero Tanjiro.– said in the statement of Crunchyroll.

The episode will be broadcast in theaters under a special visa for a limited number of screenings during these 2 days. The event will be programmed only in the original version (Japanese) with French subtitles.

Note that the remainder of Season 4 will arrive in April on the anime-specific platform. Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures already offered a similar event in theaters last year. Thus, the first episode of the Blacksmith Village arc was released in theaters on February 25, 2023. It attracted 109,000 people.

Keep in mind that the Demon Slayer franchise is one of the most popular in the world. The manga has sold over 150 million copies internationally. In Japan, Infinity Train is the biggest box office success of all time, ahead of blockbusters such as Avatar, Titanic, Spirited Away, Harry Potter and Frozen.
