With foreign Season 6 aired on Starz in early May (as part of the TV program 2022 ), this can now only mean two things. Who are the new Outlander Season 7 cast members and who will they play?
We already knew that season 7’s foreign started shooting in April (before this explosive foreign final of the sixth season had even aired), and now Term reports that two new actors have been cast for roles that will be quite significant for the romantic drama. Izzy Meikle-Little (Snow White and the Hunter, road of the ripper) and Joey Philips (doctors, Victim) were hired to play the role of brothers Rachel Hunter and Dr. Denzell Hunter.
foreign fans who have read the books (at least until the seventh novel, an echo in the bone) will be very familiar with Rachel and Denny’s life (as she is usually called). The two are Quakers who were orphaned at a young age and eventually crossed paths with young Ian and another character who will be new in foreign Season 7, Jamie’s illegitimate son William Ransom at the start of the American Revolution.
In the book, Denny decides to go against the wishes of his Quaker community to work as a surgeon in the Continental Army, and Rachel joins him as a follower of the camp. The decision not to reconcile with England leads them to be expelled from their group of Quakers. As you can imagine, with these two involved in the war effort, along with many of our best, already established foreign players, Rachel and Denny end up getting involved in the lives of many other characters besides Ian and William.
Two additional characters aren’t really much to see boarding. foreignis in season seven, but anyone involved will know that the success of time travel (as usual) has several stories to deal with when it returns to our screens. Claire not only found herself in a very precarious situation after being arrested for the murder of Malva Christie, but We still don’t know who the real killer is. there is another time traveler at stake and (obviously) we are now very, very close to the Revolutionary War.
Although we still have some time to wait foreign Season 7 premieres, star Sam Heughan has revealed that the new season will resume shortly after this cliffhanger ends. Which means no one knows at this point when we will see Izzy Meikle-Small and Joey Phillips debut as Rachel and Dr. Denzell Hunter. But I bet we will find out even more about what they will do foreign much earlier.
