A Better Life Preview: What’s in store for Tuesday 12 March 2024 Episode 47 [SPOILERS]

Tuesday March 12th in a more beautiful life, even more beautiful…

Aya plays an investigator

At Massalia’s residence, Aya stalks Matteo, a young man whom Ofeli met virtually on Instagram. Suddenly, Steve catches him staring intently at the young man. He asks if she is interested, but Aya replies that she is doing an investigation for a friend. Steve informs him that Mateo is a STAPS student.

A few hours later, Aya meets Ophel to check on Mateo. He tells her that he is studying sports. Ophel informs her friend that Mateo is a big fan of classical music. Aya is surprised to find that it doesn’t really fit the character.

Ofel asks Aya if she can take the young man out for a drink so they can get to know each other better. Aya hesitates as she grows closer to Killian, fearing it will affect their relationship. On the contrary, Ofel is sure that he can speed things up.

Apollina must make a sacrifice

It’s a big day for Apollinaire: she’s starting her first student job at the Marseille tourist office. He goes to Le Mistral bar to ask the locals a few questions. He turns to Killian first, but the young man doesn’t have time to answer him. Eventually, Gabriel quits the game.

Back at the Massalia residence, Apolline is excited about her first morning on the job. He gave everything, so much so that he forgot to eat. Fortunately, Steve thought of it and offered a sandwich. He wants to be paid, but the young man replies that he did not pay, it was unsold since the previous day. Apollina seems to be losing her appetite.

At the end of the day, Apolline is exhausted, especially since she had the good idea to spend the day in heels. While talking to Steve, he receives a text message from his boss informing him that he has won €90. If it is a very good amount for Steve, it is a cold shower for Apollina. He even considers this as “exploitation”.

Steve has an idea to make ends meet: sell his expensive clothes. But for Apollina, parting with her beloved clothes is heartbreaking. Once alone, she takes half of her lunch sandwich out of her bag. A young woman is at the lowest level…

Patrick returns to work

Luna and Maxime are in their little bubble. Luna is completely detached from reality, so much so that it’s been three days since she turned on her phone. Looking through his messages, he discovers that he has an appointment with Blanche. Maxime still manages to stay with him for a few hours.

Luna and Maxime go to Le Mistral bar for lunch. Suddenly, Babette appears. Luna introduces her to Maxime, but the latter replies that no introduction is necessary as he already knows that she is Patrick’s wife. She informs Luna that a police officer is watching Cecilia in her skimpy clothes. Babette is furious and Luna is stunned.

Patrick is frustrated that he cannot participate in the investigation in which he himself is involved. He’s starting to lose patience, especially since he gets the impression that his colleagues aren’t doing their best to keep Maxime and Cecilia busy. Jean-Paul probably makes sense to take the burden off him.

In fact, Jean-Paul gave him the mission to study all the video surveillance cameras. Suddenly, Patrick finds the tracks of the van. The car drives to an old bowling alley, then disappears. A few seconds later, two people walk in opposite directions. What if they parked the van in a junkyard?

Jean-Paul and Samuel immediately arrived on the scene. Suddenly, two policemen find the van… completely burnt. They inspect it and discover the unthinkable inside: a red carpet containing human remains.
