Accusations

The Brazilian woman’s boyfriend, who works in the IT sector, is said to be responsible for publishing criminal content on streaming platforms. Her son is now accused of sexual assault.
The arrest was made by FBI agents who went to the miner’s home where they found cameras, tripods and other items used to record the abuse. Furthermore, financial transactions linked to the criminal enterprise were identified.
Walquiria’s lawyer told the court that no video had been found, but the judge noted that 33 videos had been deleted from an online platform the day after the investigation began. “The horrific nature of these allegations supported the court’s decision,” Magistrate Donald Hafele said.
