“Ah, the guy didn’t do this, did he? Did he break the TV? He didn’t throw it in the corner. There’s no way the delivery guy did it. Man, I can’t believe it. Man, this is surreal!”Gláucia exclaimed in the video that went viral on social media.
The device costs R$699, plus R$31 shipping. On his Instagram page, Raphael said, in a video, that the couple decided to make the purchase because they had a discount of R $ 250.
She stated that, hours before the delivery, the delivery driver announced that he was at home to make the delivery. However, there was no one at home and therefore Raffaele told him to give it to a neighbor. According to him, the delivery man did not contact the neighbor.
In the video that went viral on the networks, Raphael also demanded a response from the company which, after many contact attempts, returned saying that a new TV will be sent to her free of charge by another courier.
