The Manon-Nordin couple is in danger
Miriam was called to the police station for questioning about Valentin Ribeiro. Police Captain Aurora Jacob questions her, but Miriam answers without difficulty, as if she already knew what questions he was going to ask.
She explains to him that Valentin Ribeiro was doing well at her cleaning company, but that he quit without the slightest explanation. Aurora asks what Charlotte was doing the night of Lagesse’s murder, and Miriam replies that she was at a business dinner in Montpellier.
After the interrogation, Aurora and Martin go to Nordin’s office. They know he informed his mother before the interrogation. Martin is angry and warns his son: “You’re not helping anyone, especially him!”
After some investigating, Aurora discovers that Miriam was not really there the night Charlotte was killed. In turn, Sarah learned that Dominique Gerso, Valentin Ribeiro’s father, had been robbed in February. The police realize that Nathan’s girlfriend is not the culprit, but the victim.
Suddenly, Aurora received a call from the prison saying that Valentin had visited his father’s fellow inmate in the morning. The police captain and Sara go to the correctional center to question the man. He informs them that Valentin was looking for information on the company ColorSète. He replied that his father had agreed to sacrifice himself, and that before going to prison he had hidden the key containing his innocence in his garden.
Meanwhile, at Seth’s police station, Nordin keeps an eye on Manon. He is convinced that she is manipulating the Aurora to get her mother arrested. Manon does not hide this, which makes him furious with rage. Will their relationship survive this new crisis?
In the evening, Miriam asks Maitre Leclerc for help. He tells her that he has hired an accomplice to investigate Dominique Gerso’s daughter, Valentine. But things got out of hand the day he broke into Charlotte Lagesse’s apartment and accidentally killed her. Simon cannot hide his indignation. He says to Miriam: “No need to contact me, you’re on your own this time.”
