Teixe refuses to reconsider her decision, despite Clotilde’s arguments: Enzo and Salome remain connected. She refuses to admit that Enzo dessert was the best at the event and worries about her rough dressing. Chef Armand thinks Emanuel just doesn’t want this student to accompany him to the National Confectionery Championship, which he admits. If Enzo wants to accompany him to the competition, he must defeat Salome on the final test. For Clotilda, this is a waste of time. He knows that the principal deliberately favors the student, which is not fair. But he promises to change his mind if Enzo surprises him.

Meanwhile, Enzo parades at the Institute Park, confident that he has passed the confectionery exam. Mehdi shares his joy. When he sees Chef Armand, he takes the opportunity and asks him for information about his bill. She tells him that she can be proud of her work and that her dessert was excellent. The chefs unanimously awarded him the highest mark of his promotion, but he admitted that Tacieus refused and put Salome on an equal footing. Mehdi immediately realizes that the chef wants Salome to be at the forefront of their promotion and that he will be second in the competition. But Enzo is not disappointed, he is determined to prove who he is.

In the kitchen, Enzo prepares a new dessert with the help of Mehdi. The student seems to have an idea. They are interrupted by Anais and Salome. They are amazed when they see that they are experiencing the completion of the test. Enzo uses the opportunity to tell Salome the truth: they got the same mark in the pastry test when he had to take more than her. Chef Armand told Tessier he did not want to be the first to test when he said his dessert was better.

Salome Enzo is skeptical of the information. He admits to Anais that he does not want to lose his place in the confectionery championship. But his friend notes that their classmate also deserves a chance. Salome totally disagrees because after all, she hasn’t worked all year. Anais is disappointed with his behavior and realizes that he deserves a fair victory.

For his part, Mehdi asked Tayser to join the kitchen. It gives him a taste of his new creation, which he intends to improve throughout the summer. The chef is largely confident in his dessert and congratulates him. He has no doubt that the student has set a trap for him: this is not his recipe, it is Enzo. Emmanuel can not stand it and loses his nerve. When Salome joins them, Teixie admits to the student that she prefers to be second in the confectionery championship. The young woman, however, refuses if she gets a job in these conditions. Salome does not want to give preference to Enzo because she is sure she can do it alone and wants to prove it to her.

Later, Tacis was called up to the amphitheater for a third year. He tells them that the whole promotion will end this year. Thus, for them, the tests are over, except for the two best students of the confectionery exam, who will compete in the final test to determine who will be in their second national competition. These are Salome who got 15 and Enzo who was unanimous with 18. They are now in competition for the leaders of their class and have become second in the Tessier Championship.

In the swamps, sola orders bring a ton. The supplier has a habit of viewing all the addresses before departure and the bag gets more of his attention. He confides in Solal that this is the name of the man for whom he returned to Calvier: Laetitia Rigaut.

A little later Tony prepares to deliver the order to the Rigauts and repeats what he intends to say. Unfortunately, it’s Kelly who takes the door. The waiter is very surprised and thinks he made a mistake. At the door Laetia joins her daughter. As soon as their eyes meet, the atmosphere will get heavier. Tony loses words at the sight of her and leaves quickly. For her part, Laetia is annoyed and seems to know what her daughter immediately notices. Kelly asks if she knows him, but her mother assures him that this is not the case.

While eating, Kelly tries to find out more about her mother’s relationship with her parent, but in vain. Laetitia avoids the subject and finishes the crack. Jasmine complains because the recipes are so complicated. He replies that the principle is: if you want to practice on simple things, you will be without it. Finally, Louis agrees to give them a second chance. But this time, if the next attempt fails, he will leave.

A place for new tastings. Louise considers their clothes and their dishes more successful than the previous one. However, in his opinion, their plates still lack character. The chef asks them to be more witty and insightful. He will be back tomorrow to taste their creations again.

Meanwhile, Theo joins Antoine and Leticia in the CDI. They ask for help a few days away from the Thesis Institute. The young man admits that his father’s decision in the first years is unfair and agrees to talk about it. However, he promises them nothing.
