Spider-Man is getting another animated movie. But wait, we’re not talking about the third film in the trilogy. Spider-Verse (which, by the way, may still take some time to release). Sony has announced the release of a short film that will be available for free on YouTube.

In the meantime, fans of the franchise await the arrival in theaters of Spider-Man: Beyond Spider-Verse (Beyond the Spider-Versein Portuguese).
The release of the film, which would have closed the trilogy, was scheduled for March this year, but was postponed due to strikes in Hollywood. A new date has not yet been announced.
The first film in the series, Spider-Man in Spider-Versehit theaters in 2018 and was a huge success.
The second one, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Versein 2023, it crossed the $690 million mark (more than R$3.3 billion) at the box office.
In the plot, the main character, Miles Morales (voiced by Shameik Moore), is thrown into the multiverse along with Gwen Stacy. There he meets other versions of the hero who try to protect their existence.
