This Sunday, March 31, TF1 viewers were able to discover Spider-Man: Far From Home., the second episode of the superhero adventure trilogy starring Tom Holland. And after the animated end credits, as is tradition, Marvel has planned a bonus scene with some serious ramifications for the character, and if you’re a little lost, here’s what it means.
what is happening on stage
Did you notice that Mysterio is already hiding at the beginning of the movie?
At the end of the movie, Peter asks MJ (Zendaya) to take a walk with him between the skyscrapers of New York, swinging his spider webs. But after their little walk – which MJ doesn’t like – Peter is interrupted by the TV screen. At the latter, he discovers that before he died, Quentin Beck, aka Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal), wrote a message revealing Peter Parker’s identity!
Mysterio throws everything!
The scene allows us to finally see journalist Jonah Jameson, well known to Spider-Man fans and once again played by JK Simmons as Sam Raimi in the trilogy, but what does this mean for the Marvel Universe and Spider-Man?
What influence did Peter Parker have?
Jameson calls out to Mysterio “The Greatest Superhero of Our Time” And, in addition to revealing his true identity, Spider-Man is held responsible for the character’s death — which is technically true, except that Mysterio was far from a martyr and clearly a supervillain. So Jameson’s media will be against Parker, constantly bashing him and asking serious questions of the young man.
How to live a peaceful relationship with MJ? How can you continue to be a normal school when you’re a superhero and everyone knows it? How can you protect yourself and your loved ones when all the bad guys know who you are and can find your home? So many questions now arise for young Peter, hence his panicked reaction at the end of the scene.

Zendaya
These questions are addressed in Spider-Man: No Way Home, in which, with the help of Doctor Strange’s magic, Peter tries to make everyone forget that he really is Spider-Man. Of course, nothing is that simple when you’re trying to change reality, and using this magic, Parker opens the door to the multiverse… but that’s another story!
