Mehdi leaves Hortense

After catching up with Anthony and begging him not to return to Bordeaux, Hortense spends the weekend with him at her parents’ country house. Although nothing happened between them over the weekend, Anthony is happy with how things turned out. He urges Hortense to come clean with Mehdi. As she kisses the corner of her lips, Vicky sees them from a distance.

Hortense returns to the institute, having been rejected by Mehdi’s call. Vicki approaches her to talk to her and tells her again that Anthony is manipulating her. Hortense says she spent the weekend with him because she’s sure that’s what her father wanted. The young woman thinks he sent her a sign when she was at the cemetery.

Hortense then goes to the atelier to discuss Clotilde and Joachim’s wedding records. When his brigade sees that he has not thought of anything, he makes suggestions. At the same time, Mehdi arrives at the atelier to talk to Hortense. She admits that she should never have acted so suddenly when she admitted that she kissed Anthony. He says he wants to give them a chance at marriage. But Hortense prefers to postpone this discussion.

A little later, Clotilde comes to the atelier to taste the starters. After confirming them, he realizes that the clerks have created them from A to Z. So he takes Hortense aside to find out if she has managed to choose between the two men for whom her heart is beating. Hortense insists that she has made a choice, but she is afraid to announce it to Mehdi. Clotilde urges him to follow through with his choice.

Meanwhile, Mehdi tells Vic and Enzo that his discussion with Hortense was futile. Vicki confesses to him that her sister spent the entire weekend with Anthony. Even if he adds that nothing happened between them, Mehdi doubts it. Vicky explains that Hortense is in a very vulnerable position and that she shouldn’t let Anthony take advantage of that to separate them.

At the gates of the institute, Mehdi waits for his opponent to confront him. The latter replies that it was Hortense who came to get him, realizing that he was no match for her. Anthony pushes Mehdi to the brink by calling him a coward. An angry Mehdi grabs him by the collar and threatens him.

Aware of their argument, Hortense finds Mehdi in the kitchen to talk. The husband repeats to her that she is the woman of his life. But when she asks if she has feelings for Anthony, Hortense replies that she is completely lost. Mehdi then decides to leave her to make things easier for her.

A tearful Hortense goes to her sister’s room in the boarding house. He tells her that Mehdi just left her. Hortense now fears losing everything she holds dear. Vicky promises to never leave her, then takes her in his arms…

Antoine discovers the killer of love

Before Antoine leaves for work, he spends a brief moment with Penelope, who affectionately calls him “my Choupino”.

At the office, Antoine confesses to Laetitia that he does not appreciate the nickname given to him by his lover at all. At the same time, Teissier overhears their conversation and happily calls Antoine “Choupinet” all day long.

In the evening, returning home, Antoine dares to tell Penelope that he does not like her nickname at all. He understands without any problems. Antoine jokingly calls him “Bibiche”.

Anais loves Mateo

Judy meets Mateo in a cafe downtown. The latter thinks of ideas for his restaurant’s menu dishes and is inspired by haute cuisine. He wants to cook beef cheek, but Léonine doesn’t have the necessary equipment. Jude manages to convince him to the institute.

Later, the two boys meet at the studio. Thinking they are alone, Judy doesn’t hesitate to get close to Mateo. However, the latter fears that they will be surprised. At that moment, Anais arrives and offers to share a place to eat.

During the cooking session, before Jude arrives at the commissary, Mateo has trouble using the steam oven. Anais helps him, which allows them to form some bond.

At the end of the day, in the dressing room, Anais confides in Jude that she loves Mateo. Judy claims that he is a non-serious person and has no problem with girls. But that’s what Anais is looking for!
