“The end of the world is coming, a little earlier than expected. FALLOUT now arrives on April 10 at 6 p.m.“
The highly anticipated apocalypse
The series will be available exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. The Fallout franchise has achieved record sales and received dozens of Game of the Year awards, and its mobile game Fallout Shelter has been downloaded more than 170 million times.
Fallout takes place in a world where the future imagined by Americans in the late 1940s has been shattered in 2077 after a nuclear war.
The uniqueness of the world of Fallout lies in the harshness of the wasteland, which contradicts the previous generation’s utopian idea of a better world thanks to nuclear energy. Taking place in post-apocalyptic Los Angeles and, therefore, in the Fallout game world, the series is an original story that is considered the canon of the games.
