The traditional brownie in individual portions – satisfy your sweet tooth in small portions quickly, in the Airfryer

Recipe for 2 people.

1 cutting board(s) (optional), 1 strainer(s), 1 ramekin (per person or heatproof cups), 1 whisk, 1 non-metallic bowl(s), 1 bowl(s)

cup = 240 ml, spoon = 15 ml, teaspoon = 10 ml, teaspoon = 5 ml

BROWNIE IN THE MUG Ingredients

– 100 g of semi-sweet chocolate, chopped or in calletti.

– 50 g unsalted butter + a little for greasing

– 2 tablespoons of sugar

– 1 unit of eggs

– 1/4 cup(s) wheat flour, sifted

– 1/2 teaspoon(s) of chemical yeast

-coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate the utensils and ingredients for the recipe.
  2. With this recipe you will get 2 cups or molds of 8 to 9 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height for every 2 portions.
  3. Grease cups or molds with butter and sprinkle with flour.
  4. If you don’t use callets, cut the chocolate bar into smaller pieces.
  5. Coarsely chop the walnuts (optional).

PREPARATION:

Mug Brownie in the Airfryer – preparation of the dough:

  1. In a non-metallic bowl, which can contain all the ingredients of the recipe, melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave, every 30 seconds. Once it has melted, stir and let it cool a little.
  2. Preheat the Airfryer to 160°C for approximately 5 minutes.
  3. Crack the egg(s) into a bowl and whisk lightly.
  4. With the hot (colder) chocolate and butter mixture, add the sugar and egg(s) and beat, preferably with a wire whisk, to combine.
  5. Sift the flour, little by little, directly onto the dough and continue to mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Then add the yeast.
  7. Add chopped walnuts (optional).

Brownie in the cup in the Airfryer – cooking in the Airfryer:

  1. Divide the batter into greased and sprinkled cups or molds – it should fill at least ¾ full (remember that the brownie doesn’t rise very much).
  2. Place the cups or molds in the basket.
  3. Place the basket in the drawer and insert it into the Airfryer preheated to 160°C.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes – or until a crust forms on the surface and, when tested with a toothpick, is still a little moist.
  5. Once it is in the spot described in the previous point, remove it from the Airfryer.

FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:

  1. Serve brownies in the cup in the Airfryer on the utensils themselves or, if you prefer, turn out directly onto the plates.
  2. To unmold, run a small knife along the sides to loosen it.
  3. Serve with ice cream, fruit or syrup of your choice (optional).
