On Tuesday 16 April at Un si grand soleil…
Elizabeth leaves Allen
Allen spent the night on the sofa. When he arrives in the living room, Elizabeth nastily reminds him that she asked him to leave. Before doing that, Allen still has to explain to her the reasons behind his actions, but first of all, tell her that Ava was paid to trick him and hack into his computer. While the pair are separated, Elizabeth interrupts the discussion and orders the doctor to return from work.
In the process, Elizabeth calls Catherine to reprimand her for hiring an escort to steal documents from her. Catherine then reminds him that she was the one who started the hostilities behind her back by preparing the merger. However, Elisabeth believes that it is up to Francois to do so. Only for Catherine, the friend preferred to preserve his interests rather than friendship. According to Elizabeth, he mixes everything, and this merger was just business in his eyes, nothing more. He then ends their discussion by threatening to send them to jail. It must be said that with everything she has against her, Elizabeth has enough to put her behind bars for a while.
Later, François goes to Catherine’s house and tries to find out what she’s got in order to hire an escort to prevent the merger. Catherine then points out that she didn’t really give him a choice. In reasoning with her, Francois emphasizes that she is still his wife and that her actions affect their entire family. And suffice it to say, François has no desire to find himself in the middle of a scandal. Although he’s gotten them into quite a mess, Francois promises to do whatever it takes to make things right with Elisabeth.
Francois then meets Claudine and then tells her about the situation. When he advises him to convince Elizabeth not to file a complaint, the businessman replies that he doesn’t see how to do that.
As night falls, Elisabeth confirms to Francois that she intends to file a complaint. Although he desperately wants to see Catherine behind bars, François still tries to win her over. In fact, he wants to use what his ex-wife did to get her to sign off on the merger. He also promises to make Catherine pay for all the damage she caused, but only after the operation is over.
At the same time, Allen arrives at the Becker family. Although they are happy to meet him, Janet and Clement still hope that Elizabeth will forgive him.
On the other hand, Elizabeth is alone at home listening to music. Upset at his breakup, he throws the wine through the window.
Hugo and Sabine reconciled
At the BGL office, Florent tells Johanna that Hugo proposed to Sabine and the latter ran away. A discussion that did not escape Claudine, who immediately called her daughter. Sabine refuses to discuss her personal life with him.
Hugo, on the other hand, goes to the police station and blames Alex for the previous day’s disaster. Without her advice, he would never have proposed to Sabine. So he asks her to leave his advice for the future before leaving the place in anger.
Meanwhile, Sabine confides in Eva and Mo about Hugo’s marriage proposal. In fact, the math teacher still can’t handle it and fears that his refusal has ruined everything between them.
Not far behind, Hugo fears that Sabine will never want to see him again. Ian urges him to call her, but the medical examiner prefers to leave her alone, as she asked. At the same time, Hugo receives a message from Sabine, who wants to see him.
Claudine calls Becker to tell him the news. Obviously, the lawyer believes that her ex-husband is responsible for the incident. It must be said that this is not the first time that he interferes in his daughter’s love life. The Commissioner then claims that this is not the case and swears that he did not know about this marriage proposal.
In the afternoon, Hugo joins Sabine on the city streets and later apologizes to her. In turn, the math teacher explains that he ran away because he was afraid. She then advises him to forget this evening and move on, which he accepts.
In the evening, Mo and Alex discuss Hugo’s marriage proposal. If she believes that the medical examiner pressured her friend, Alex discovers that, on the contrary, she was brave enough to prove her love. According to him, it is normal that people want to experience passionate things, do projects and build together. An awkwardness quickly arises between them during this exchange.
